Tho steamer Yellowstone arrived yestorday morning from San Fran cisco bringing a large amount of freight. , CREW REFUSES TO WORK Because the boatswain on the French bark Cornll Bart was too rough, the crow refused to turn to J the other morning when tho ship was about ready to clear for the United Kingdom. The mattor hasl been taken up with the French con sul. The crew contended that they had made a trip with the boatswain from the old country and had been bullied about; inK enough und so put their several feet down, gesticulated and informod the skipper thore was "no thing doing," even aftor a host of interviews and parlcivous. The re sult is that the boatswain will be removed from duty.
