A strong effort Is bolng mado by tho old man to ngaln sccuro tho handling of tho cstato valued nt between $40, 000 .and $50,000. Testimony showed that In 1904 part of his property was transferred to his wife, Mrs. Ellen Sneddon, and In 1907 tho bulk was given in her namo with fivo acres bqlng deeded back to lit in In 1909 that ho might bo a freo holder. It vina la 1913 that ho was examined for his sanity nnd sent to tho stato asylum, Thrco months later Mrs. Sneddon, John H. Sneddon and Mrs. David Hccso wcro mado guardians of tho cstato. Tho husband was lator roleascd and in February, 1914, tho circuit court decided that ho was not InBnno and was nblo to tend to his proporty. A motion was then filed by him through his nttornoys to regain pos session of hla proporty through tho dismissal of tho guardians. This was refused and thoro Is an appeal on this point now ponding boforo tho Supronio Court. Dr. Mlngiis, railed as a wltnou, testified his belief that Charles Sned don Is eano wiillo Drs.
