irorumityniiHiMtKUfti "SWWPPW f T'f vi rsivtr THE COOS BAY TIMES, MARSHFIELD. OREGON, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1914 EVENING EDITION. FIVE mtnrmmimBmm L I .- Announcement First Addition to Bay Park The original plat of BAY PARK has been virtually sold out. The few lots left present a limited choice of location. There was a demand for locations in a beautiful tract'Udjoining Bay Park, owned by the same company. So we have prepared the plat of First Ad dition (o Bay Park. Several lots were sold the day after the plat was filed, and new homes are already under construction. The new plat is reached on a dead level from Broadway and Central. The contour of the ground has been closely followed in the platting, so that any location or slope desired is available. You get an ideal homesite by payment of only $10 on a lot. Balance $5 a month, with six per cent interest on deferred payments, hist the same terms at which we sold Bay Park so successfully. Prices $125 for in side and $150 for corner lots. Those who select the best lots, before the choice becomes more limited, will profit by their action. Nail this opportunity. Let us show you the new lots. I. S.
