Mr, Simpson also stated that to day ho would confer with tho South ern Pacific engineers rolntlvo to tho grades In North Rend nnd said that just ns soon ns something definite could bo agreed upon, u speclnl meet ing of the council would probably bo called to approve It. Tho grade In Sutherlln street from Ohio to State in Pint II was ordered established to permit some of tho proporty owners thero to erect new homes. The street will probably bo Improved Into this summer. Tho engineer wns also Instructed to cstnbllsh grades on Liberty street from Maine to Ohio and on Union from Oregon to Maryland.
