Tho Marshflcld City Council Inst ovcnlnR took stops to hnston tho , starting of tho street Improvements hero. Nino blocks of hard paving wore ordered put In and considerable planking was also ordored. Two blocks of block paving wcro ordered. All tho work ordored hns bcon under consideration heretofore. Tho block paving Is on Anderson avonuo botweon Broadway and Third Btrcot. Concreto curbs will bo put In. Tho assessment for tho work was ordered. Tho assessment varies, running ns high as $GG4 por lot. Markot avenuo will bo pavod with hard paving from Second Btrcot to Fourth and from Fourth to Sixth with planking. Third will bo pavod with hard pav ing from Commercial to Highland. Fourth Btrcot will bo paved with hard paving from Commercial to Markot and from Markot to High land with planking North Front street will bo paved from Alder to Elm with hard paving.
