A few features of tho Fnmo follow: Contest will be nn annual ovont on tho second Frldny In April; this yoar by special voto on tho fourth Friday in April. Contest will bo hold this year at Coqulllo In honor of Mr. Knowlton, who has been much Interested In the movoment. A trophy cup, costing $30, will ho offored as a prlzo. Winner of tho annual contest will have namo on graved on tho cup. Tho cup will bo awarded to tho school that first wins It four times. Orations must bo limited to 1800 words. Any bona fide high school student who can qualify for athletics under tho athlotlo rules Is ellglblo to entor tho contest.
