Powers, chairman, Carl Albright nnd Duncan Ferguson of Mnrshfleld, and Mayor Simpson, Dr. I. I). Ilartlo and Edgar McDanlel, secretnry, North Uend. Tho engineers services wero ob tained by bids, and Messrs. Stnnnard & Itlchardson were awarded the con tract at $10 per day and expenses. As yet tho expenso account hns not been filed.
