Men who have been out fighting1 flro In different pnrts of tho county are returning to tho city, They all re port that but little damage was dono to tho timber. The only loss was to tho McDonald-Vaughan logging camp at Daniels Creek. The logging oper ations will bo stopped for a time as ono of tho camps wns wiped out en tirely and much of tho railroad trestle was burnod. Tho crow of mon is still retained nnd will bo used to help the carpenters rebuild. It Is expected that everything will bo in rcadlnes to get out logs again within about two weeks. Tho loss by tho company is considerable. The fires throughout tho county nro practically all out.
