Owing to an omission In the first annual report of Treasurer J. C. Gray of the Port of Coos Bay Com mission In Tho Times Thursday, the report Is republished In full today. The omission resulted from Mr. Gray writing on both sides .of tho paper (an absolutely forbidden pro ceeding in a newspaper office).' The expenditures on one side of the 'sheet were not set by tho compositor who was accustomed to following the reg' ular newspaper' copy.
