Jlorrow at the last election, was token as a basis cf representation in the convention, anJ that each precinct he allowed one delegate for the precinct, one for every 25 votes cast and one for every fraction of 12 or over, giving to the precincts the following number of delegcts, viz: Hilton 5, Weston 7, rcndleton 4, Alta.3, Lower Willow Creek 2, Lower Butler Creek 2, Upper Willow Creek 4, Meadows 3, Umatilla 2, Upper Butter Ceck 2. On motion Pendleton was selected as the place, and Friday the 5th of April at 1 o'clock r. . as the lime for holding the convention and to continue over Saturday the Gth ir necessary.
