A transfer system that -will appeal to those having a number of purchases to make; deliv ery service doubled in size; 200 telephones connecting all departments; 400 additional employes added to the ranks the past ten days, and last, but not least, the Merchandise the assortments, the range of qualities on the same lavish scale that has characterized this business for fifty-two years, while prices at all times will continue to be "Portland's Lowest."
