' SALEM, Or., July 10. (Special.) Owingr to an error in the first draft of the demurrage rules issued, by the State Railroad Commission. It was made to appear that the demurrage to be paid by shippers for care held over time, either for loading: or unloading-, was $3. The correct figure is 2, being the same amount that Is charged under the old law and the same In amount as the reciprocal demurrage, the latter term meaning the amount paid by the rail roads to the shippers when cars are not furnished within the specified time.
