At a meetins of the directors of the Rogue River Fmit an Produce Asso ciation recently It waa decided to ap propriate HO.OOO for the construction of a central storage plant In Medford, calculated to accommodate from 100 to 150 cars of fruit. Fifty per cent of thia will be used for dry storage and 25 per cent for cold storage. Between J6000 and 17000 was spent In 1913 for storage facilities In Kansas City, Chi cago, New York. and other Kastem points and It la the belief of local or chardlsts that with storage an essen tial feature for successful marketing It Is imperative that a large local plant bs built. The new officers elected were: Pres ident and general manager, A. C. Ran dall: vice-president, A. C. Allen, and secretary and treasurer, A Conre Fiero. It was also decided to hold monthly mass meetings to discuss local prob lems. Lincoln County to Get Jail. TOLEDO, Or.. Feb. 13. (Special.) The County Commissioners have let the contract to L H.
