Tortcr. alleged leader of the citizens' committee, who Is accused of having Interfered In the defense of an Industrial Worker, will appear In the Superior Court tomorrow to answer a contempt charge. It was said tonight that the so-called "vigilantes," or citizens' committee, had called today on Abraham Sauer, editor of tlie San IMego Herald, a weekly said to have been devoted to the Interests of the Imlutrlal Workers, and obtained hi promise to cease his editorial policy. Sauer was taken out of the city recently at night. It was charged, by the vigilantes, but he later returned and resumed publication or the Herald.
