There having been filed in and present ed to this court a petition wherein and w herefrom it is made competently to ap pear that Portland Development Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Oregon, with its principal office and place of business at Portland in said state, has suffered foreclosure of ail. of its properties under certain purchase money mortgages therefore executed and de livered by it, and that moneys have been advanced from the receivership herein and from other sources for the protection of the properties more adequately to secure the repayment of the sums of money due the Title Guarantee & Trust Company theretofore incurred by Portland Develop ment Company to it, and that for further assurance in and about the conveyance of said land to the purchaser at such fore closure sales, under the decrees of fore closure conveyances should be had and given by Portland Development Company and by the receiver herein for the further I assurance of title thereto, and It being further made to appear in and by said pe tition among other things that deeds of conveyance should be executed evidencing paper title acceptable to purchasers to Whom sale of said nmnprtv mttv h ttibHa. and it appearing that the usufruct of the properties is destroyed and the same prac tically valueless without a ready means of sale of the same, and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is now here Considered, ordered, adjudged and de creed on this Sth day of June. 1910, that unless parties and persons objecting there to shall Intervene and show cause herein on or before the 20th day of June, 1910, in this our court at the Federal Court house in the City of Portlar.d, before us at the coming in of court on said day.
