A marked fall In the barometer has taken nlaco over the North Pacific States and the cold spoil will break in this dis trict beginning Thursday afternoon, and by Friday it will be considerably warmer. No rain or snow of consequence has occurred during the last 24 hours, and the tempera tures have remained nearly stationary. Heavy frosts formed this morning in Cali fornia as far south as San Diego. The indications are for rain Thursday In Western Washington and along the Oregon coast. Fair weather will continue for 24 hours longer tn the Interior of Oregon and in Eastern Washington and Idaho.
