A large pressure area overlies the North Pacific states and unusually low tempt ra turea prevail every wnere in the North Pa cific and Northern Rooky Mountain states. A light fall of snow occurred during the day at Walla Walla and a small amount of rain has fallen in California. It Is slightiy warmer in the Sound country and in Northeastern w asnmgion una mum colder in Ka-stern Oregon and Southern Idaho. In WVslern Oregon the temperature has fallen slightly.
