William ,Goddard Iselin, the 7-year-old heir to J30,O0O,00O. is dead at Baden Baden, according to a cablegram re ceived at the home here of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. Oliver Iselin. His mother was Hope Goddard, daughter of the late Colonel William Goddard, of Providence, R. I. At the christening of the boy Col onel Goddard invested 1,000,000 in stocks and bonds for the child and that prin cipal and accrued interest would have been his when he came of age. When Colonel Goddard died Mrs. Iselin re ceived JIO.OOO.OOO outright and eventually the bulk of the estate, amounting to about $30,000,000, will be hers. Her son would have inherited most of this, as well as a large share of his father's fortune. Washington.
