W. M. Holladay a Addition Closing Oof useless For twenty years I have been advertising Peninsula real estate, coaxing and beg ging the wage-earner to buy. Time has made good every promise made by us to prospective buyers. We now stand on the hill top of life with back to the early dawn and face toward the twilight of day, but be fore we pass down the gen tle slope we linger a moment to make one more appeal to you to procure, for the fu ture, title to a small parcel of the earth between the Rivers. With my parting breath I assure you that for tune will follow an invest ment in lots at University Park, the center of the great city to be on the Peninsula. Our Broken Blocks Lots in our broken blocks will be sold on the install ment plan to purchasers of small means. We have left only a small number of such lots. Our full blocks will be withheld from the market and divided among the stockholders in closing out the business. Nearly all the real estate on the Peninsula has passed into hands of owners who will not sell without a large !cash pay ment down, hereby taking it out of reach of the person of moderate means. Unless you are a person of large means, your opportunity to buy real estate between the Rivers will soon be gone for ever. Monthly Payments Our scattered lots will be sold on payments of $25 down and $10 per lot per month; no interest will be paid by those who shall pay all installments when or be fore due. Prices are rapidly advancing on every part of the Peninsula. Believe me when I 6ay larger profits will be made on the Penin sula within the next ten years than have been made there within the past ten years. There is no element of doubt about the safety of an investment on the Penin sula, it is only a question of how large will be the profits. Personally Conducted Sale In order to buy University Park lots on these terms, it will be necessary for you to come to me personally at my office. Beginning Monday next, I will be at my office between the hours of 9 A. M. and 10 A. M., and 1 :30 and 2 :30 P. M., every day except Sunday. I will leave my of fice every day, except Sun day, at 10 A. M. and at 2 :30 P. M. to show property.
