Confer Sues for Divorce. John a Confer brought action for di vorce asairtst Jennie Confer, in the Cir cuit Court yesterday. He charges her with having deserted htm. They were married at Kalama, Wash., September iJS. 1905. and the desertion occurred at Rainier exactly a year ago.
