WEATHER CONDITIONS. The disturbance noted this morning over British Columbia has advanced to Western Montana. It has caused the following maxi mum wind velocities during the last 12 hours: North Head, 52 miles northwest; Tatoosh Island, 04 miles northwest: Spokane, 30 miles west; Walla Walla, 34 miles southwest, and Lewis ton. 30 miles west. Light rain has fallen In Western Oregon and along the coast of Washington and light snow is reported In Eastern Oregon and Southern Idaho. The temperature has remained nearly sta tionary In the Pacific States and risen de cidedly In Northern Montana.
