His wife found him soon after 11 o'clock, whore he had dropped from aioplexy. Mr. Ramsby was born at Legonler, lu dluna, August 29, 1S52. While very young he settled with his parents nt Molalla, where later he was united in marriage to Miss Franclne Dickey, the daughter of pioneers. Mr. Ramsey was chosen county re corder by the Republicans, in 1892, which office he filled for four yearn. I Since first elected, he made Oregon City his homo until two years ago, when tho family returned to the Mo lalla home. Mr. Ramsby had one son, Chauncey, who lives at the Molalla home.
