The people of the district will continue to be served with their mall by the rural route out of Oswego until such lime as they de cide that they wish to go the neces sary distance to the Waluga postof flce to get their mail In person. OSWEGO. March 23. (Special.) With scarcely one-third of the avail able numbered so far registered, it la quite likely that no small quota of voters In the Oswego precinct, three in numlxT, will not have the privi lege of voting in the forthcoming pri maries unless they move more rapid ly during the next 30 days. J. C. Haines, Sr., who has had charge of the registration of voters In this district ever since registration came Into practice, says there are at least 600 persons eligible to vote In the three precincts, but so far scarcely 200 have enrolled their names. Mr. Haines makes It u practice to keep open house every Saturday evening at G. W. Prosser's store, so that all those who are down town or care to can come down can enroll their names. Inasmuch as there are a number of elderly people living In the country contiguous to Oswego and who find It difficult to get Into town, Mr. Haines expects to visit them at their homes I and register them. The registration of voters closes on April 28, and the primary election Is May 19. OSWEGO, March 23. (Special.)
