EINDS ISSUE LOST All doubt as to the defeat of the l,nion h'Kh school district at Glad- stone and Parkplace was removed Friday when the district boundary board canvassed the vote and de clared the issue lost. The state law provides that it shall require a ma jority vote in a majority of the school districts to carry a union high school district Issue. Gladstone voted for tbe union high school and Parkplace against it. Tbe total vote of the two districts was decidedly in favor of forming a union district
