Sparks spent Sunday at the home of W. Dowty. Mr. and Mrs. John Cunningham and Twenty friends came on Fridav even ing to the Hugh Roberts home to bid farewell to C'al P. Morse and wife nnd Mrs. Hess Urueehert. CardB were the diversion of the evening and the honors fell to Mrs. Wm. Cook and Wm. Jacobs, while Mrs. Cal Morse and George A. Ostrom were awarded "catch up" prizes. A dainty luncheon was served and the tables were very pretty with large baskets of Caroline Test out roses and maidenhair ferns. At each place card was a request for a wish or toast to the departing friends. All responded and this was a very happy and pleasant time of the even ing.
