The course of instruction, designed especially for the public and high school teachers of the state, to be given in the Summer Session of the University, have been announced In a recent Bulletin of the Summer School. Special attention Is given to Methodology, and to both Administration and Supervision of ru ral, city and high schools. Outside of the University faculty, which will give the customary cours es, special lecturers have been se cured, among whom are ex-State Supt. of Public Instruction, J. II. Ackerman, and the Incumbent, L. R. Alderman, also S. C. Ball, of the Portland city schools, J. G. Colllcott, City Superin tendent of the Tacoma schools, T. J. Gary, Superintendent of the Clacka mas County schools, George R. Mc Minn, of the University of California, Ruby Shearer, of Portland, and J. Percy Wells, County Superintendent of the JackBon County schools. These Instructors will give the work ubove referred to In Methodology, Supervi sion and Administration.
