Many of the young ladles of the town were present and spent a very enjoyable afternoon. Mrs. Wlrtx Is well known as a per fect entertainer and the delicious re freshments which she served only made the fact stronger. Mrs. Hor ton returned to Bend the first of tho week. . Dr. R. A. Crawford, chiropractor, from Portland, arrived In Prlnevllle today and expects to locate bere. He comes highly recommended and will undoubtedly prove a valuable citizen. Tbe Psychocrats held their first meeting at the country home of Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Davis laat Saturday afternoon, September 11th. The! children of tbe members were the honored guests of the occasion. A delightful lawn party was enjoyed by all present. Forest Clerk, Edith T. McMurry left Sunday night for Seattlo, Washington, where she will en ter University of Wssbington as a student of Forestry. She plans to return to Prlnevllle about January 1st. During her absence tbe duties of the Forest Clerk will be handled by Mrs. O. W.
