Kelson of Roberts has moved to Prineville for the winter. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Brix were in the city Saturday from Powell Butte. Gus Kibbee of Hay Creek, spent several days in Prineville last week. J. E. Warner of Roberts was a business visitor in the city Saturday. "Spec" Young of Redmond, was in Prineville for the dance Friday night. Lester Campbell of Portland is in the city on business connected with the Pacific Telephone Co. Harry and George Stearns went to Bend Saturday evening to see "Hearts of the World" at the Liberty. Mrs. A. A. Powell has gone to Camp Lewis, Washington, to visit her husband, who is stationed there. Miss Ilda Cohrs returned Satur day from Portland and The Dalles, where she has been visiting friends. James Elkins left Saturday for San Francisco, California, where he will spend the winter with his daugh ter. Mrs. Mattie Sumners and daughter Helen, who have been visiting at Sis ters several weeks, returned home Monday. Mr. Morgan and Mrs. Jones are brother and sister of Norris Morgan. David C. Pickett, a graduate of Crook County High School, and now a prominent attorney of Portland, was a Prineville visitor Monday, greeting old friends and rnlAtlve.
