All persons interested in or who may be affected by such proposed change of the boundaries of said district are hereby notified to ap pear at the office of the Board of Directors of the Ochoco Irrigation District on Tuesday, the 2nd day of January, 1916, and show cause if any they have why the change of the boundaries of said district as proposed in said petition should not be made.
