Notice is hereby given by the Board ofjDirectors of the Ochoco Irrigation District"that on the 11th dav of November, 1916, between the hour of eight A. M. and five P. M. of said day, a special election will be held in and by the said Ochoco Irrigation District, for the purpose of voting upon the qustion of issuing bonds of said irrigation district in the sum of $1,100,000.00, for the purpose of constructing the proposed irrigation works of said, Ochoco Irrigation District. Said election will be held at Lower McKay School House in said Irrigation District. Any person male or female, of tho age of twenty-one years or over, whether a resident of the dis trict or not, who is a bona fide owner of land situated in the dis trict as shown by the last assess ment roll shall be entitled . to vote at said election, provided that a bona tide claimant to an uncom pleted title under the public land laws of the United States or of the State of Oregon shall be construed to be a bona fide owner of lands and provided that any corporation holding title to land within the district may vote at said election as a single land owner through any officer or agent of said corporation authorized by resolution by its Board of Directurs.
