A. W. Lafferty Will Speak Saturday A. W. Lafferty, Republican nominee f ir Congress, will speak in Prineville next Saturday, October 29, at 2 p. m. Mr Lafferty is going over the entire Congressional district again, as he did i.i the primary campaign, when he covered 586 miles by stage and nearly 2,000 miles by rail. On this trip he will speak at soma placts he missed before the primaries. He is the only candi date to make such a strenuous canvas, and while he (eels that his election by a large majority is certain, he wants to meet as many aB possible of bis future constituents, and let them know w hat he standfi for.
