I Jiave enjoyed my work very much for I have learned something that I did not know before. "On tho last day of school we had an exhibit. I received two blue ribbons as first prize and one white ribbon as third prize. I received prizes on all that I took. After the exhibit we ate the girls' cook- dinner. club so well that I am, going to Join the canning club this' summer. I only hope that we will like it as well as we did the cooking. I will do my best to get one started. The" boys' have a pig club, and I think the girls ought to have something to do. (Signed) Iola Weber." I left my dad, his farm his plow, Because my calf became his cow. I left my dad, t'was wrong of course But my pet colt became his horse. I left my dad to sow and reap Because my lamb became' his sheep. I left my dad and hit New Yokr Because my pig became his pork. The garden that I made to grow, Was his to sell and mine to hoe.
