The Ontario high school held a general election for President of the United States laat Friday and Judg ing from the excitement of thla elec tion the coming national election will be a well fought one. Cummins waa the Republican nominee and Wilson the Democratic choice. Wil son waa defeated by a majority of one vote and the republicans re sponded to their feelings with a cheer that could be heard a block. The eighth grade Joined In the voting. Next Friday the Dreamland The atre will be the scene of one of the beat school productions ever held at that place. The high school quar tette will furnish some of the mu sic, other features will be very Inter esting and the oratory contest of the grade school as well as the play prom ises to be a great success A medal will be given to the winner of the contest.
