Oregon has been divided into dis tricts each of which is to send u repre sentative to look after exhibits from his own section. The Eastern Oregon District is com posed of Wallowa, Union, Maker, (Irant Harney and Malheur counties. Robert Withycombc was elected president, Judge McKnight. Vice Pre ident and C. C.
