They agreed to designate the road from the Luckiamute bridge to Monmouth as a market road and the Polk county eoart is to turn over to the highway com mission 1 4 3 ,0 0 0 from the market road fund for that project. I f it takes more to finance the road bed construction over that part, the highway commission is to furnish the amount in excess of the $ 4 3 ,0 0 0 ; but if requires less thaa the $ 4 3 .0 0 0 the county is to be credited with the difference between the actual expense and the $ 4 3 ,0 0 0 . It was further agreed that the "Oregon Outdoors” is the title of a new recreation and resort booklet just issued by the South ern Pacific Company.
