"There should be dcpnrtnent of the government having power of aupervis ion, not necessarily interfering with the business of the country, but pos sessing the power to investigate pub lish facts and take immediate action to revoke a lieense if a corporation abuses its power. With this power in the federal government tnere will be less likelihood of price fixing agree ments. The bill provides, however, if the hcense is forfeited, the corpora tion may protect its r'ghu in the courts I would not give to any executive board of the government the absolute power to bar a corporation from engag ing In interstate commcrte."
