With tho filing of papers showing the suits had been compromised, there was filed in the county recorder's of fice a deed to the home property in Salem from Dr. B. II. White to K. M. Pago who transferred the property by quit claim deed to Mrs. White. Tho original divorce proceedings were filed April 30 end on the same date a suit for the posession of prop orty, wherein Mis. Whito alleged that her husband had bought property with her own money, which included the Sa lem home, and instead of deeding it to her, it was deeded to them by flit en tirely, by which the husband had espial right.
