Radicals May Be Responsible
For Recent Bomling Attack
Oakland, Cal, March 22. Discovery
of the names of several prominent Oak
land and San Francisco families, inclnd
ing that of George D. Greenwood, in par
pers found in a boxcar at Tracy leads
police to return today to the theory
that a radical clement may be responsi
ble for the bomb explosion hero Tues
day night that killed Mrs. Greenwood.
The papers were found in sv roll of cloth
ing by a railroad officer. In tho car

formed here to boost the proposed all
year around highway along the Pacifia
coast from Astoria, Or., to the Califor
nia line.
The association will wage a vigorous
campaign in favor of the measure
which will be voted upon bv the Or ceo n
electors in June. The measure provides
that the state shall issue bonds to the
amount of $2,500,000, provided the gov
ernment puts up a like gum, for the co-
