DMY HEALTH TALKS.
A Single Remedy Often Cures Many
Diseaseg
(By VALENTINE MOTT, M. D.)
It is almost impossible to give a list
of the endless disease that follow in
digestion. Pcrhapa a whole column in
this newspaper wcwld -be required to
print them all. You eat to keep alive
;o supply iblood and flesh and bone and
muscle and brain. It 13 easy to seo that
if your food is not digested and taken
up It-y the delicate organs and distrib
uted -where it is needed, a disease of
some sort is sure to come Dyspepsia is
a common symptom, and so are liver
tomplaint. loss of flesh, nervousness,
bad memory, dizziness, sleeplessness,
no appi.tite. Many times, when neglect
ed,' indigestion results in coughs, throat
diseases, ratarrh, bronchitis and even
more dangerous things. And all these
disorders arise bwauso the food is not
properly digested in the stomach. It
is pram even to a child that relief and
cure are to bo had only toy setting up
a healthy condition in the stomach.
Ir. Pierce, of Buffalo, X. Y., many
rears ago combined a number of vege
table growths into a temperance rem
edy for indigestion, and called it GoW
en Medical Discovery. It is probably
the most efficacious discovery ever
ma.de in medicine, for the list of peo
ple all over the world who havo had
their countless ills overcome by Dr.
mierce's Golden Medical Discovery
make an amazing total of thousands.
I know of no advice better than
this: Begin a home treatment today
with this good vegetable medicine. It
will show yon tetter than I can tell
you what it wiU do. When taking Gold
en Medical Discovery, you can rest as
sured of one very important thing
it contins neither alcohol nor opiates.
There is nothing in it but standard
roots and herbs that possess curative
properties of a high order. A safe med
icine is tho only kind you can afford
to take.
