SAYS ACID STOMACH
aUSMDiGESTION
Excess Of Hydrochloric Acid
Sours The rood And
Forms Gases.
Undigested food delayed in the stom
ach decays, or rather, ferments the
same as food left in the open air, says
a noted authority. He also tells us
that indigestion is caused hy Hyper
acidity, meaning, there is an excess of
hydrochloric acid in the stomach which
prevents complete digestion and starts
food fermentation. Thus everything
eaten sour is the stomach much like
garbage soura in a can, forming acid
fluids and gases which inflate the
stomach like a toy balloon.- Then we
eour food or have heartburn, flatulence
water lorasn or nausea.
He tells us to lay aside all digestive
aids and instead, get from any pharma
cy four ounces of Jad Salts and take
taDiemxionrui in a glass or water Be
fore breakfast and drink while itis
effervescing end furthermore to con
tinue thU for a eek. While relief fol
lows the first dose, it is important to
neutralize the acidity, remove the gas-
making mass, .start the Javor, stimu
late the kidneys and thus promote a
free flow of pure digestive juices.
Jad Salts ig inexpensive and is made
from the acid of grapes f.nd lemon
juice, eombinod with lithia aad so
dium phosphate. This harmless salts is
used by thousands of people for stom
ach trouble with excellent results.

IF HAIR IS TURNING,
GRAYJJSE SAGE TEA
Don't Look Old I Try Grand
mothers Recipe To Dark
en And Beautify Faded,
Streaked Hair.
That beautiful, even shade of dark,
glossy hair can only be had by brew
ing a mixture of Sage Tea and Sul
phur. Your hair is your charm. It
makes or mars the face. When it
fadeo, turns gray or streaked, just an
application or two of Sago and Sul
phur enhances its appearance a hun
dredfold. Don't bother to prepare the mix
ture; yon can get this famous old
recipe improved by the addition of oth
er ingredients at a small cost, all Teady
for use. It is called Wycth 'a Sage and
Sulphur Compound. This can always
be depended upon to bring back tne
natural color and Instre of your ha5r.
Everybody uses "Wyeth's" Sage
and Sulphur Compound now because it
darkens so naturally and evenly that
nobody can tell it has been applied.
You (imply dampen a sponge or soft
brush with it and draw this through
the hair, taking one small strand at a
time; ky morning tie gray hair has
disappeared, and after another appli
cation it aeeomes oewntnuily dam tsi
appears glossy and lustrous.
