Mrs. Hall. The city acknowledge her
riparian rights and for that reason asks
the court for a jury to establish their
value. In a recent trial before the cir
cuit court, Mrs. Hall won in her suit
against the city of Turner and the city
must now. buy the right of Green
Springs or Bocuro them by condemna
tion proceedings.
In the divorce suit of Irene Nash
against Herbert Nash, the. defendant
filed his anawcr claiming that his wife
had been insulting and abusing him and
attempting to drive him away from
home. Also that she has refused to
wait upon or care for him or cook, or
make his bedi or in any manner reo
ognizo him a her husband. Also that
