the circuit court of the state of Ore
gon, for the county of Marion, and to
mo directed on the 22iid day of July,
1918, upon' a judgment -and decree tluly
rendered, entered of record-aud 'dock

day of July, 1918, in a certain - suit
then in said court pending, wherein

after described to pay tho sum due the
plaintiff of ouo hundred sixty five
($165 00) dollars, with interest thereon
at the rate of six per cent per annum
from the 30th day of April, 1917, until

and disbursements of said suit taxed
at thirty dollars and 00-100 ($30.00)
