Not a Bite of Breakfast Until ; " You Drink Water Says a fllass of hot water and phosphate prevents illness and keeps us fit, Just as ecnl, when it burns, leaves behind a certain amount of mooiuT bustible material iu the form of ahes. so the food and drink taken day after dav leaves in the alimentary canal certain amount of indigestible mater ial. which if not completely eliminated from the system each duy, becomes f)d for the millions of bacteria wmen infest the bowels. From this mass of laft over waste, toxins and litomniu liko poisons are formed and sucked in to tho blood. Men and women who can't got foel Ing right must begin to take inside bath. Heforo eating breakfast oacn mornins arniK a piass oi rem nuv wa ter with a teaspoonful of limestone nhoHiihate an it to wash out ot tne thirtv feet of bowels the previous day accumulation of poisons and toxins and tn kpen the entire alimentary canni clean. rure and fresti. Thoso who are subject to sick neaa ache, colds, biliousness, constipation others who wake up with bad taste foul breath, backache, rheumatic, suir mR. or have a sour, gassy stomach after meals, are urccd to get a quarto nound of limestone phosiihate from tho drug store, and begin practicing internal sanitation. This will cost very little, but is sufficient to make any one an enthusiast on the subject. . Remember inside bathing is more important than outside bathing, be cause tho skin pores do not absorb impurities into the blood, causing poor health, while the bowel pores do.
