THREE DELINQUENT TAXi LIST block 80, Balora W-16 Of Marion County For The Yearl916 The following list of real property actuated in Marion county, State of Ore gon, ia hereby advertised for delinquent taxes as assessed for the year 1916., and ia in pursuance to an act embodied is Chapter 366 of the General Laws of Ore gon as passed by the 1917 session of the Legislature. The taxes on the following advertised real property become delinquent on Oc tober 6, 1917, and are subject to a pen alty of 5 per cent and interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum until paid, and costs of advertising. Any day after the expiration of six months after the taxes charged against the following real property become de linquent the sheriff is authorized upon demand of any person making applica tion to issue to them a certificate of de linquency, upon payment of the taxes, penalty, interest and costs of advertis ing, certificates of delinquency shall bear interest at the rate of 13 per cent po rannum from the date of issuance On til redeemed. Any time after the expiration of three years from the date of the certificate of delinquency, the holder of such eertifw eate of delinquency may cause summons to bo served upon the owner of the pro perty described in the certificates of de linquency, .notifying the owner that he will apply to the Circuit Court of the county in which said property is situat ed for a decree foreclosing the lien against the property mentioned in snoh certificate. , List of Property Abrams, Carl & Hendricks, B.
