has received notice from the headquar
ters for this division to discontinue for
the present tho making of comfort pil
lows. An emergency call was sent out
about tho first of January for comfort
pillows and tho notice from headquar

west division responded with twice the
number of pillows needed. The auxiliar

major of the medical staff of the Ore
gon Coast artillery, stationed at Fort

ing to Eugene to resume the practice of
medicine.

8 years old. She was born at Lone

married at an early age and had sev
