SHIPLEY'S And no doubt 200,000 men would like $5 hats. So spent. $1,000,000 would give much satisfaction. But not so much satis faction, we think, as the $1,000,000 we spend to "sureify" the fragrance of your OWL Cigar. This is how and why we spend this $1,000,000. (And it's often more than $1,000,000). To keep the OWL Cigar always mellow and.fragrant requires that all Owl leaf must be time-cured lor many long months'. And that requires that we keep on hand this enormous store of constantly curing leaf Always $1,000,000 worth Sometimes more. But we know that it's a "money's worth" $1,000,000 that guarantees every OWL a fragrant OWL Why don't you try an OWL and see if you agree with us? By combining your funds you can present the Father or Brother with a good suit of clothes or an overcoat which will be all the more appreciated be cause it will be of actual service to him. Men's Clothing is made either down to a price or up to a quality, and it behooves you, particularly in this time of war prices and scarcity to be very careful about choosing wearing apparel. Buy Conservative Patterns that will look right for several seasons. Freak ish styles are being discouraged by the Government. BRANDEGEE KINCAID & CO'S ALL WOOL CLOTHING is thoroughly tailored in one of the best equipped factories in America. All materials used are of the highest standard. This season may be your last opportunity to secure strictly all wool fabrics as even the Government is specifying - one-fourth cotton in uniform cloth, and urging mills to use part cotton and shoddy in all suitings for civilian use. COMBINE YOUR FUNDS and buy mother or sister a pattern of our ALL WOOL DRESS GOODS and SUITINGS. Agents of dress goods mills inform us that even cotton mixed fabrics will cost from one-third to one-half more for next Fall than all fool fabrics cost his season. Wool is scarce and this may be your last opportunity to buy all wool goods at any price. The goods we now offer were bought months ago. They are dependable and our prices are much lower than they can ever be again until the sheep and wool produc tion of the world is greatly increased. Today you may select merchandise in every department of the store at prices that will look very cheap six months from now.
