State House Notes A clearance house for latior under the direction of State Labor Commissioner O. P. Hoff is in process of Doing es tablished at the state-house with Lester h. Labor Commissioner Hoff plans to cooperate with the em ployment bureaus of the state, the gov ernment employment bureaus, and the cities of tho st'ute in distributing labor during the coining harvest season. Ever since last October the commissioner has been receiving reports from the labor bureaus and a survey of the labor sit uation will be niado shortly.
