It was a meeting wherein repre sentatives of all the lodges of the ei;y were called to devise means by which all fraternal organizations might unit for patriotic purposes. Representative of all the organizations in the city were present and by an unanimous vote favored a motion for a permanent or ganization whereby all lodges in the city could unite in any aetion that might be advisable. Addresses were delivered by Govern or Withyeonibe, Walter L. Tooze, Frank Davey, Thomas Brown, Mrs. Holman. and Mrs. Oliver. It was finally decided that each lodgo should appoint a delegate whereby a fraternal council should be formed. This council will meet as soon ns each, lodge takes action in making the ap pointment of its delegate. All speakers spoke of tho seriousness of the situa tion and urged that all lodges take united action, should any emergency present itself.
