Fred Bynon Gets Rib
Cracked In Auto Mixup
Fred Bynon is . suffering from a
cracked rib and other injuries and Sol
Anderson of this city and R. H. Flah
erty of Portlnnrl several minor injuries
as a result of an automobile collision
at Summer and Chemeketa streets yes
terday afternoon at about 3:30 o'clock.
Mr. flvuoii and Mr. Anderson were
driving north on-Summer street in a
Ford when they were run into by Mr.
Flaherty driving east on Chemeketa.
It seems that Mr. Flaherty "in a Hudson
ns wntehin'' another car and did not
see the Ford, although it had the right
of wav. The auto driven by Mr. Flah
erty is now in a garage for repairs and
