truth of the reports.
Dr. Marcellus replied that the fact
that no serious illness or death occur

provide for the continuance of the re
ceiver, it reduces the attorneys fees
from $3,000 asked to $750. It extends
time of execution to November 1, 1917,
the date of maturity of the note. The
cancellation of the second mortgage of
$10,000 held by Welsh Brothers, on the
ground there was no consideration, can
